MedNeed of SC

It is our intent to provide new medical equipment as much as possible to the uninsured and indigent of South Carolina. We do this by taking referrals from doctors, FNPs, assisted living facilities and individuals. Please see our services page for a listing of products. Some of these items are featured below.   

Since creating MedNeed of SC in February of 2008, much has been happening to give hope and faith to this effort. As the COO and founder of the charity, I have been very busy making contact with many of the charitable foundations in the state, as well as the health clinics and free clinics, since they will be the primary source of referrals for medical equipment to the uninsured and indigent, although many will come from people who simply know of someone in need. I have completed and filed all the necessary forms to obtain the 501(c)3 status required to operate as a legal charitable organization and received that determination in July, 2009. I ask anyone who views this site to pray for its success. Feel free to offer suggestions or advice on any relevant subject.         GOD BLESS

Scooters and power chairs

hospital beds, including bariatric

walkers, canes and other mobility devices

oxygen, nebulizers, and CPAP/BiPAP

ramps of all types for home and/or auto

orthopedic devices

diabetic supplies, except prescription medications

air purifiers

air mattresses

wound care supplies

bathroom equipment

incontinent supplies
